If you want your package shipped to an address other than what defaults, you will need to update it as I will only ship to the address provided on the receipt. If you are able to contact me within an hour of purchase to update your address, I will try to change it but cannot make any guarantees.

Ten10 Collections is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact the USPS and file a claim.

Since all my items are handmade, each product, size and color may vary slightly from the photos and descriptions.

Ten10 Collections has taken every care to ensure our descriptions and photographs accurately portray the jewelry.

There are no returns or exchanges, as I will not resell jewelry that may have been worn. Again, since each piece is handmade, this jewelry is unique, but also delicate.

Please be aware this jewelry is not fine jewelry and not as strong as some store bought jewelry.

We also cannot always guarantee we will be able to remake an exact piece you see online. If not, we can discuss something similar. Since all pieces are handmade, there is a limited amount of remakes I can create.

I'm always happy to create a custom piece for you. Custom orders may have a longer processing time as I have to make sure I have all the materials needed. I will do my best to get it to you the fastest I can.
